Hey Robert, I usually always switch it up to constantly confuse the muscles so I don’t ever plateau. For The Rock’s routine, what I mean by alternating the routine is to add in different exercises. So instead of doing bar curls, I’ll do reverse bar curls for the next bicep routine along with my existing routine. I don’t change my workout every single time, but every couple of weeks. Just make sure you don’t fall into doing the same routine over and over. 1. It’s boring. 2. Your muscles will plateau and get used to the same routine.
